Today is a new day

I'm doing better mentally, but not physically. I've become disabled and it takes allot of work just getting around. I'm starting pool and message therapy tomorrow.
Woo-Hoo...hope to lose some of the weight to, I've gained seventy pounds as I can't hardly move without major pain. I dealing with 9-10 levels daily. The next step is the permanent pain pump.
I'm starting to listen to my sponsor and tiring to connect with GOD again at the personal level I had before surgery. I was asking that he help others while demanding that god heal me NOW. I stopped telling him THANK YOU each night. I'm surprised that I didn't start using my pills to relive the emotional pain. I would have lost 14 years of hard work.

Well it's been awhile...

I've not been motivated to do anything lately. My weight is really getting to me. Before my surgery 12-06 i fluctuated between in the 120's and now that I'm disabled I now weight in the 190's and climbing...Is there a diet out there wo/exorcising?

Summer Lay-Outs

How are my two newest pages I've done for summer challenges....

I wanted to get these back out a get some stitching on them....

I may still do that this week, but I'm working on a few challenges for another forum...and a couple of blog challenges....

Martin(Grumpy) and Aubriana(granddaughter) have such an awesome and close relationship. I love to watching them together.

This smaller lo is because is Aubriana and I. The pics show my weight gain...yikes...

1. my computer and printer. Yep, I consider these crafting tools. ;) I use them to edit and print all of my photos and most of my journaling2. my paper trimmer. I have a guillotine trimmer and am in love with it.3. ruler and pencil. Necessities.4. micro-tip scissors. What an awesome tool. I don't know how I ever lived without them.5. paper piercer. I love to hand sew on my projects and this makes things much easier.

My five picks...
1. my printer and computer would have to be the most important
(working on getting an Epson1900)..... I currently have an Epson RX680 Photo AIO....
2. my paper trimmers...if i didn't have one of these...yecky..I can't cut free hand...
3. The craftersworkshop, Bazill basics stencils in general....I love theses....
4. paper piecer...I to like hand sewing...
5. Zyron #9 and others...just love these guys...can't live without any of these guys....

As Aubriana got use to the water. She had become dearing....she would want to get out....then run to the deep end and want to jump in.....lucky me that can't do much....I taught her not to do that because it was dangerous.....she then did it only by Brittany....

My first quilt

My best friend showed me how to use my new sewing machine, and then taught me how to make my first quilt. Aubriana loves this blankie with al her heart. She points to the doggies and kitty's....she just plays and plays on her blankie.

Summer Sweet

I really love summer....pools, lakes and family. Maybe some days when the heat is well above 100 degrees I don't like it as much. We took my granddaughter to the pool on fathers day. Her first time this year as she is only 18 months. She loved every moment. She was so worn out and falling asleep, but she didn't want to leave. I can't wait until our next day out it will be summer sweet.
Bare with me as I'm learning how to work this blog stuff.

I had a nother fun filled weekend with my granddaughter. I can't wait till November when my second grand child will be here...I just love to spoil her. It's soooo cute...anyway....I'm pooped...More until next time....

It's been awhile

I'm not much of a blogger. Still getting used to it. My son said it will come with time. We should only hope. it's 1am and I can't sleep due to pain levels being really high. I can't stand the amount of physcial pain I'm in most of the time....Well until I feel the urge to write again...

Sunday-Playday

I had sooo much fun with my granddaughter today...I really think spring has sprung.....gigles.....We played at the park today and had a wonderful time....Here's a pic.....Also head on over the Memories from the Attic and have some fun in there forum under the Spring Fling....I started my veggie garden yesterday. Actually my 15 year old son 4-20 he'll be 16. He did all the work as I walked him throw the steps....He's so amazing and a hard worker like I use to be.....Anyway hope you all have a great week.

WOW! Two Big Thumbs

WOW! WOW! WOW! Thank you soooo much. I just got home from surgery and the boxes where on my front pouch. Animal crackers WOW! The tag curler WOW! My brand new tool kit....WOW WOW WOW! All Day Crop

Well yesterday was pretty exciting. I went to my first all day crop and meet lots of fun loving women. It was so much fun. I'm so tied today as may disabilities got to best of me. The MM came in Friday so I was able to crop with that. I can't wait until their new line is available. I wish we had more crop here in Arkansas. Maybe soon as I may just do them myself....gigles...Well it's off to bed for me. I had my grandaughter today and i'm bet.

My kitty KI KI wanted to be in this one so I let her do her thing.......I had sooooooo much darn fun doing this video and such....Blogging Is sooo very new to me....When My son has time.
