I've not been motivated to do anything lately. My weight is really getting to me. Before my surgery 12-06 i fluctuated between in the 120's and now that I'm disabled I now weight in the 190's and climbing...Is there a diet out there wo/exorcising?
hey Carolyn... thanks for dropping by our blog, and for your kind comment :-) I'm so sorry you're not having a great time lately. Really hope things look up for you in the near future. keep in touch, huh?
carolyn, have you tried doing some light exercise in the pool? I teach water aerobics and many of my students are suffering from arthritis or fibromyalgia. Some are in walkers even. They can't do any exercise on land due to the pain and lack of mobility, but they LOVE the water exercises. The water makes you boyant and is easy on the joints. Maybe pick up a book or a video on some of the exercies you could do in the water or even see if an area Y or gym has a class you could join.
I know it is difficult, but try to keep your body moving... you don't want to lose any more of your mobility.
